NyayaBhoomi is a small NGO that has just started to expand at a fast pace. To achieve scale, quality and performance, we need to build a team of talented, intelligent and hard working Dreamers. Every person who joins us will, in some way, help reduce corruption and impact the lives of lakhs of people.

The infrastructure at our disposal is basic but fully equipped. Lack of flamboyancy is more than compensated for by the stimulating environment which always keeps you innovating, improving and setting in motion one more mini-revolution. All your actions will be geared towards bringing about significant improvements in the system of governance while solving problems of the individuals. If this sounds intimidating, don't worry. Unlike in most companies, we will publicly acknowledge your work and give you credit for it, and help you advance your career by moving on to other jobs within or outside the voluntary sector.

RTI Expert / Advocate
Can you prepare 10 RTI applications, prefer 5 first appeals, lodge 2 section 18 complaints every day? Do you like to add to your knowledge of the RTI and other accountability laws by participating in various online discussion groups? With a little hand holding, can you take on the "system"? If so, then you are the man/woman we are looking for. If you are a qualified lawyer, it will be an added bonus. Your legal career is just waiting to get a major boost.
Media and Corporate Communication
Our projects create enough opportunities for the Corporates to make a killing, and enough successes and stories for the media to eat out of our hands. However, this is the potential that lies unutilized. We are simply too busy with our work. A good PR person can splash us all over the newspapers and the electronic media - almost every week - and help us harness the social-entrepreneurial opportunities.
Secretary cum Office Manager
The secretary helps an individual to operate at his optimum efficiency. An office manager optimizes the work of an entire office. We need both qualities in a single individual. If you don't have it but willing to acquire, we can teach and train. What you need from the very beginning, however, is the ability to independently handle correspondence, keep track of tasks and appointments, manage petty works and purchases, and willingness to offer assistance to other staff members.

Could you maintain this website for us? If you know CSS and XHTML, you could even help us build an entirely new website upon which www.propertywala.com could plonk their software. Another thing we have not done but must have done a long while ago is writing a blog of our organization. We didn't have time. :-(  Can you do that for us? If you can, we would like to invite you over for tea. :-)
