internships

NyayaBhoomi regularly welcomes students for internships from various reputed educational institutions. Students work with us on short term engagements and make a long term relationship before leaving. They participate in various field activities and advocacy work with the objective of learning while sharing their expertise. We see internships as an opportunity to inspire the younger generation to lead from the front and be effective catalysts in the process of social change.Write to us at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Offices, camps, tours

Towards the end of 2011, we plan to start work on opening a network of offices, organize weekend RTI camps and undertake monthly cross-country thousand-mile journeys in mid-sized vans. More on that will be added here as the plans begin to take shape.

Half of the people who work at NyayaBhoomi do so at no salary. That includes the part time president and the full time secretary who otherwise could command annual salary running into 8 or 9 figures. The organisation, however, needs more than their commitment in order to work on its ambitious projects. Funding is required for the three defined purposes

  1. Portal development for community building programme - Rs.2,00,000 for six months.
  2. Opening small offices, first in Delhi, and then gradually across the country - Rs.50,000 to Rs.60,000 per office.
  3. Purchase of vehicles and outfitting them with necessary equipment for thousand-mile cross-country journeys - Rs.5,50,000 a piece.

Offices and the cross-country thousand-mile journeys will be self-sustainable after the intial infrastructure is in place.
